Returns & Exchanges

Eligibility
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, unperfumed, with all original tags attached.
- Lingerie & swimwear require intact hygiene liners.
- Request within 14 days of delivery; ship back within 30 days.
- Exclusions: final-sale items, gift cards, personalized monograms.

How to Start
1) Prepare your order number and item photos (front, tags, any issue).
2) Email member-services@calyphia.com or visit calyphia.com/returns/start.
3) Follow the instructions we send for packing and shipping.

Packing Your Return
- Include all components: product, dust bag, tissue, inserts, spare parts.
- Use original box where possible; protect from moisture and crush.

Refunds & Exchanges
- Refunds go to the original payment method; shipping fees are non-refundable.
- GCC COD orders: refunded as store credit.
- Processing: 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
