RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Returns, exchanges, or refund requests must be submitted within 2 days of delivery.
To be eligible, items must be new, unworn, unused, and unwashed, with all original tags, hygiene liners, inserts, and packaging intact.
Approved requests may qualify for a refund, exchange, or replacement, depending on the circumstances.
Approved returns include complimentary return shipping and no restocking fees.

Return Conditions
To maintain hygiene, safety, and product integrity standards:
• Items must be returned in new, unworn, unused, and unwashed condition, with all original tags, hygiene liners, inserts, and packaging intact.
• Return, exchange, or refund requests must be submitted within 2 days of delivery.
• Items showing signs of wear, washing, perfume, stains, alteration, or damage after delivery cannot be accepted.
• Requests that do not meet these conditions may be declined.
For hygiene reasons, lingerie, swimwear, stockings & tights, bodysuits, and other intimate apparel are only eligible for return if all return conditions are fully met.
Yes. We gladly accept exchange requests for eligible items submitted within 2 days of delivery.
To qualify, items must be returned in new, unworn, unused, and unwashed condition, with all original tags, hygiene liners, inserts, and packaging intact.
Approved exchanges are subject to product availability at the time of review.
