SHIPPING
We ship worldwide from our storage center in Inner Mongolia, China via SF Express International.
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days, and delivery usually takes 7–15 business days, depending on your location.
Free shipping is offered on all orders over $150 USD.
Orders below this amount will be calculated at checkout.
We currently ship to the Middle East, the United States, and Europe.
Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive a tracking number by email.

All CALYPHIA orders are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging — no product details or brand name appear on the outside, ensuring complete privacy for our customers.
Most parcels arrive within 7–15 business days after dispatch.
During peak seasons or holidays, delivery may take slightly longer.
We appreciate your patience — every order is carefully inspected and beautifully packaged before shipment.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
You deserve something you love.
If you change your mind, you can request a return within 14 days of delivery and send the item back within 30 days.
- Returns should be sent to our return center in Inner Mongolia, China.
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once the returned items are received and inspected.
- Please allow 3–5 business days for processing.
To ensure hygiene and product integrity:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
- Intimates, lingerie, and items with removed hygiene tags or labels cannot be returned.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these standards.
Yes. You may exchange your item for a different size or color within 30 days of delivery.
If the requested size or style is unavailable, we’ll issue a store credit or refund.
At this time, return shipping fees are not covered by CALYPHIA.
You may use your local courier service to send items to our return center.
Refunds are made to the original payment method (PayPal, credit card, or Apple Pay) within 3–5 business days after inspection.
