At CALYPHIA, every piece is carefully inspected before shipment to ensure it arrives beautifully presented and in excellent condition.

For hygiene and safety reasons, intimate products must be returned in new, unworn condition.

Eligible returns must:

  • Be requested within 2 days of delivery

  • Be unworn, unused, and unwashed

  • Include all original tags, liners, inserts, and packaging

Approved returns include:

  • Complimentary return shipping

  • No restocking fees

  • Refund processing within 5 business days

Every order is prepared with exceptional attention to quality, presentation, and detail. If something isn’t quite right, we are here to help.

To preserve hygiene, product integrity, and customer safety, returned items must meet the conditions outlined below.


Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return, exchange, or refund within 2 days of delivery.

To qualify, items must:

  • Be new, unworn, unused, and unwashed

  • Be returned in their original condition and packaging

  • Include all tags, hygiene liners, protective elements, and inserts intact

Items showing signs of wear, washing, perfume, stains, alteration, or use beyond normal fitting purposes cannot be accepted.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are generally non-returnable once worn or used:

  • Lingerie

  • Swimwear

  • Stockings & tights

  • Bodysuits

  • Intimate apparel

  • Final-sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or monogrammed products


Exchanges

We gladly accept exchanges for eligible items requested within 2 days of delivery.


Return Method

Returns are accepted by mail only.


Return Shipping

Approved returns include complimentary return shipping.

Depending on the destination country, CALYPHIA may provide either:

  • A prepaid return label

  • Separate return instructions from our Customer Care Team


Restocking Fees

CALYPHIA does not charge restocking fees.


Refund Processing

Once your return has been received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 5 business days to the original payment method.

Depending on your payment provider, the final posting time may vary.

Orders paid via Cash on Delivery (COD) in GCC countries may be refunded as store credit where applicable.

Quality & Hygiene Notice

To maintain strict hygiene and product integrity standards, CALYPHIA reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange request that does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.

Items that appear worn, washed, altered, damaged after delivery, or handled beyond normal fitting purposes will not be accepted.
